1. About CoreBalance Advisory

CoreBalance Advisory ("we," "our," or "us") provides fractional CFO services, bookkeeping, and strategic financial advisory to Healthcare and Hospitality Small and Mid-Sized Businesses. The Site exists to share information about our services and to facilitate initial conversations with prospective clients.

2. No Professional Advice

The content on this Site is provided for general informational purposes only. It does not constitute financial, accounting, tax, legal, or other professional advice. Browsing the Site, downloading materials, submitting our contact form, or scheduling a discovery call does not create a client relationship.

A formal engagement with CoreBalance Advisory is established only by a written agreement signed by both parties. Until then, no advice provided through the Site or in pre-engagement conversations should be relied upon for any specific financial, business, tax, or operational decision.

3. Discovery Calls and Initial Consultations

Discovery calls scheduled through the Site are introductory conversations to assess fit. They are non-engagements: nothing said during a discovery call constitutes professional advice, an opinion, or a commitment by either party. Either party is free to decide not to proceed.

4. Site Content and Intellectual Property

All content on the Site — including text, graphics, logos, the CoreBalance Advisory wordmark and symbol, and the structure of the Site — is owned by or licensed to CoreBalance Advisory and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other applicable laws.

You may view and print Site content for your personal, non-commercial reference. You may not reproduce, modify, distribute, or republish any Site content without our prior written permission.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes. You agree not to:

Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information through any form on the Site
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Site or its underlying systems
Use any automated means to access the Site beyond standard search engine indexing

The Site and its content are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranty of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, completeness, and non-infringement.

We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, CoreBalance Advisory and its owner, employees, contractors, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, arising from your use of the Site or any reliance on its content.

Our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the Site is limited to one hundred US dollars ($100.00). This limitation applies regardless of the legal theory under which the claim is brought.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless CoreBalance Advisory and its representatives from any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of your use of the Site or your breach of these Terms.
